We're proud to announce that you can now check out a new song from our upcoming EP on our MySpace page. TONS of you were clamoring for us to record our version of "King Of Glory" after we played it a lot this summer, and your wish is our command. Listen to "King Of Glory" now on our MySpace page. Unfortunately, the release date for the also-titled King Of Glory is going to have to be pushed back a week until November 18, 2008 due to reasons beyond our control. It was originally set to release tomorrow, November 11, but will now be released on our website, thejustincofieldband.com, on November 18, with an iTunes release following in December. Be sure to check it out!
We're excited to announce that our new EP, King Of Glory will be released in a "digital-download only" format on November 11th! Due to an overwhelming number of requests for us to record our arrangement of "King Of Glory" as well as a few other songs that we played frequently this summer, we hit the studio in early September to do just that. The Justin Cofield Band's King Of Glory EP will be available ONLY ON THEJUSTINCOFIELDBAND.COM on November 11th, and will be available on iTunes as well sometime in December. The Justin Cofield Band has been diligently working in the studio for the past few weeks recording a new 4-song EP, including the oft-asked about "King Of Glory". Look for it to be available on this website and on iTunes in November. The EP will include: "King Of Glory", "White As Snow", "Start A Fire", and the band's arrangement of "I Surrender All". Well, it's finally here. After a lot of sitting around in the month of May, we are finally ready to hit the road again for our summer tour. We are so excited to worship with all of you over the next 9 1/2 weeks! This will be our busiest summer yet, but we are looking forward to it being the most fruitful as well. We going to get to work with a lot of great friends this summer, including Wes Hamilton, Pat Cammarata, Leighton Flowers, Brandon Barnard, and Neil McClendon, among others. Please pray for us as we hit the road and will be gone from family and friends for the next two months. Safety, rest, and effectiveness are always great things to pray for. (Not to mention lower gas prices.) Click on the tour tab directly above this to check out where we will be. Executive Produced by Paul Wright III (the team behind the successful WOW Worship series), Underground Sound is the first in a series of releases featuring the best Christian indie bands in the country. Kyle has posted a couple of videos on our blog, TheDaysOfLove.com. They're the first in a serious in which Kyle teaches you how to play the guitar parts to each song on our new record, The Days Of Love. This first lesson also includes a video of Kyle's gear, to be used in each subsequent video when he references a pedal, sound, etc. He'll be happy to answer any questions you have about the videos: just leave a comment on the blog!
